Project Summary:
For ZAP Imóveis, Brazil’s largest real estate portal, I created animated tutorial videos to help new users navigate the platform effectively.

The goal was to improve onboarding, reduce support requests, and enhance the user experience through visually engaging and accessible instructions, combining UX strategy with engaging motion graphics.
